Evan Marcus
Evan and Dirk Bajema began the conquest of enmpiring Hunya Munya back in 2002. Like so many others, the co-producers of 6 years, wanted to create their own trademark foundation on which to release quality music.
Hunya Munya Records has had 9 successful vinyl releases in the early to mid 2000’s then moved to the digital era and focused on a smaller roster with artists like Rykard doing album material. The label continues to release all types of electronic music from progressive house and tech house to downtempo and chill out material.
Evan continues to run Hunya Munya from the Los Angeles area while focusing on producing under various aliases and managing the label and publishing side. Dirk passed away in 2004 and will forever be in our hearts.
