Explorers Vol. 2

Explorers Vol. 2 is the second EP in Rykard's four-volume childhood-memory series, out February 2020. Three tracks: "Manta Force" (5:47), "Lynne and Katy Play Atari" (3:29), and "Be My Galaxy" (5:40). Where Vol. 1 set the meditative pace, Vol. 2 brings in hip-hop and trip-hop elements: low-fi beats, thicker bass, and kinetic moments alongside the spacious pads.

Released on limited CD (cat. HMB005b) and digital. Mike Stanton reviewed it in I Heart Noise, calling the record "a heady trip into the deepest and warmest electronic bliss-core" and "a record of sublime electronic exploration."
